Shipping Carriers
We use reliable courier services such as USPS, DHL, and international postal carriers to deliver our orders. Shipping methods may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and typically range from $6.89–$15, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States: 7–12 business days after shipment
International: 10–18 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs inspections.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available depending on the destination and carrier availability. If you wish to request expedited processing, please contact hello@vaaig.com with your shipping address for confirmation.
Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping and are subject to confirmation after review.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 48 hours of placing the order by contacting hello@vaaig.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For shipments to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Japan, orders are delivered duty-paid (DDP), and applicable duties and taxes are included where required.
For all other international destinations, duties and taxes are not prepaid (DDU) and may be collected by local customs authorities upon delivery.
Undeliverable Packages
After receiving your tracking number, please monitor your shipment closely. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or other customer-related issues, we will contact you to assist with reshipment arrangements.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment in such cases.
